1. What kind of gold is used in your jewelry?
All of our pieces are made with solid gold, never gold-plated or gold-filled. We are committed to offering high-quality, durable jewelry you can wear for a lifetime.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping takes approximately 7–15 business days after processing.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal as our only payment method. You can use your PayPal balance or a debit/credit card through the PayPal checkout system.

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
7. How do I start a return or exchange?

8. How long does a refund take?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
9. What if my jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll be happy to replace or refund your order.
10. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
