Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact

The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

Custom, engraved, or final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
How to Request a Return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

Carefully package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer)
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.
Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or style (if available) under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be in original, unworn condition

To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange
Once we receive the returned item, we will process and ship the replacement. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Restocking Fee
For returns not due to product defects or errors on our part, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking the item.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
No restocking fee will be charged for items returned due to defects or incorrect shipments.
